THE COASTAL COTTAGE COMPANY | OUTER BANKS BUILDERS
We are Outer Banks Custom Builders specializing in coastal area and waterfront residential design and construction. Unlike most home building and construction companies, our roots stem from an extensive architectural design background.
Our integration of the design and construction process propels our company above our competitors. The design-build process allows us to provide our customers with a continued focus on design excellence and quality craftsmanship.
Part of what makes us different is our unwavering commitment to our customers. While focused on quality construction, our overall goal is to construct a mutual bond built on trust, understanding and respect with our customers. We think beyond building your project and believe in building long lasting relationships.
30+ YEARS OF COASTAL HOME DESIGN
The Coastal Cottage Company is built on more than 30 years of experience in residential home design . Our roots began in residential coastal home design and evolved to include custom home construction, giving us a unique understanding of both sides of the building process.
That experience is the foundation of our design-build approach today. By bringing home design and construction together, we are able to guide each project from the initial concept through construction while maintaining a consistent vision throughout the entire process.
